Signature of a new lease in Cologne

Hamburg, May 16, 2024 – alstria office REIT-AG (symbol: AOX, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1) announces the signature of a new lease in Cologne.
 
alstria has signed a new 10-year lease for its property Maarweg 165 in Cologne. The tenant, an IT service company, will lease around 2,500 square meters of office and ancillary space. The lease will start in the fourth quarter of 2024 and was brokered by Savills Immobilienberatungs GmbH, Cologne.
