Leasing success in Essen 

Hamburg, January 10, 2024 – alstria office REIT-AG (symbol: AOX, ISIN: DE000A0LD2U1) announces the signature of a new lease in Essen. 

alstria has signed a new long-term lease for its property Bamlerstraße 1-5 in Essen. The tenant, who is providing intelligent traffic management solutions, will lease around 1,700 square meters of office and ancillary space for ten years. The lease will start in mid-2024 and was brokered by Jones Lang LaSalle SE.
