As the exclusive advisor to alstria office AG, a German office real estate company, we provide comprehensive strategic, operational and financial advice and support the company in driving long-term value creation, portfolio optimization and sustainable growth. With our exceptional expertise and market knowledge, we manage alstria office AG’s properties holistically throughout their entire life cycle, from acquisition and letting to modernization, and potential disposal.

Maximilian Koch

Career

Maximilian Koch was appointed CEO of alstria advisors GmbH in June 2025 and is based in Hamburg, Germany.

He is responsible for leading the company’s strategic, operational and financial advisory services for alstria office AG, ensuring that the portfolio is managed to the highest standards of quality, sustainability and performance. Prior to joining alstria advisors GmbH, Maximilian Koch was Head of Real Estate Investments Germany & Central and Eastern Europe at Brookfield Asset Management in London, UK, where he led the investment and asset management activities in the region. Prior to this, he worked at TPG Capital and Blackstone in various investment roles, focusing on property and private equity transactions in Europe. He started his career in private equity at Advent International.
